The Aida towel is a homage to Verdi’s namesake opera. Regardless of languages spoken, Aida was a popular choice in the Pomegranate Project studio, which the women listened to while working on the products. Our hand-made goods help refugee and asylum-seeking women in Greece who are survivors of gender-based violence, both share their stories and build their livelihoods.
