Shipping Policy

We aim to get your order to you as quickly and safely as possible!

🇬🇷 Greece

  • Free Shipping on all orders over 50€.

  • Orders under 50€: 3€ (for payments by card or bank deposit).

  • Cash on Delivery: +2€.

  • Delivery Time: 1–4 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

  • Carrier: ACS Courier.

🇨🇾 Cyprus

  • Flat rate: 10€.

  • Delivery Time: 7–10 business days.

  • Carrier: ACS Courier.

🌍 International

  • Flat rate: 10€.

  • Delivery Time: 7–10 business days.

  • Carrier: ELTA (Hellenic Post).

Important Notes

  • Shipping costs are not included in item prices and may vary slightly depending on your address.

  • For pre-orders, custom pieces (e.g., posters), and fragile items (like framed posters), please allow an extra 2–3 business days for delivery.

  • Please note that any customs duties, import taxes, or other charges imposed by your country’s customs authority are the sole responsibility of the recipient. These fees vary depending on the destination country and order value. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount, and they are not included in the purchase or shipping price shown at checkout.

 


Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to feel happy with every purchase! If something isn’t quite right, here’s how to return, exchange, or get store credit:

30-Day Return Window

You have 30 days from the day you receive your order to request a return or exchange.

To be eligible:

  • Items must be unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in their original packaging.

  • You must provide proof of purchase (receipt).

Exchange Process (Easy Swap)

Yes, we accept exchanges!

  1. Email us at fbyf.athens@gmail.com to request an exchange.

  2. Choose your new item.

  3. We’ll ship it to you.

  4. When the courier delivers the new item, hand them the original item you’re returning — no extra trips needed.

Please make sure the original item meets our return conditions (unworn, tagged, original packaging).

Store Credit

If:

  • You’re not eligible for a refund, and

  • You don’t find something you'd like to exchange...

We’ll issue you a store credit valid for 60 days from the return approval date.

Swimwear

Swimwear can only be exchanged — no refunds due to hygiene reasons.

Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns on:

  • Sale items or discounted purchases (except newsletter 10% discount)

  • Gift cards

  • Personal care items or beauty products

  • Swimwear (exchanges only)

  • Custom/personalized items

  • Hazardous, flammable, or perishable goods

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, email us at fbyf.athens@gmail.com with photos within 48 hours. We’ll sort it out quickly.

EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order ships within the European Union, you can return it within 14 days, no questions asked. Items must meet our return conditions.

Refunds

If your return is approved:

  • We’ll refund you via your original payment method within 10 business days.

  • If you paid Cash on Delivery, email us your bank details to process the refund.

Note:

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, including orders with free shipping.

  • Refunds may take a few days to appear, depending on your bank or card provider.

Returns via Courier or In-Store

  • In-store: Return to us at

  • By courier: At your own cost, unless the item is faulty.
    Typical cost in Greece: €3–€5
