All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  • For pre-orders, custom-made items, and fragile products (such as framed posters), please allow an additional 2–3 business days for processing and delivery.

  • International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the purchase or shipping price.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

We want you to love your purchase. If something isn't quite right, we're here to help.

Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

To qualify for a return, items must:

  • Be unworn, unused, and in their original condition

  • Have all original tags attached

  • Be returned in their original packaging

  • Be accompanied by proof of purchase

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

Exchanges

We accept exchanges for eligible items.

To request an exchange:

  1. Email us at fbyf.athens@gmail.com with your order number and the item you would like instead.

  2. Return the original item to us.

  3. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will ship your replacement item.

Please note:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

  • The new item will be shipped only after the returned item has been received and approved.

Store Credit

If you prefer not to receive a refund, or you would like to exchange your item but cannot find a suitable replacement, we can issue store credit.

Store credit:

  • Is valid for 60 days from the date of issue

  • Can be used on any future purchase

  • Is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash

Swimwear

For hygiene reasons, swimwear is eligible for exchange only and cannot be refunded.

All swimwear must be returned unworn, with hygiene liners and tags intact.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Sale or discounted items (excluding orders using the newsletter welcome discount)

  • Gift cards

  • Personal care or beauty products

  • Swimwear (refunds not permitted)

  • Custom or personalized products

  • Perishable goods

  • Hazardous or flammable materials

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Email us at fbyf.athens@gmail.com and include:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

We will review the issue and arrange a replacement, refund, or other appropriate solution.

EU 14-Day Right of Withdrawal

For customers within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it without providing a reason.

Returned items must still meet our return eligibility requirements.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the outcome.

If approved:

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.

  • Cash on Delivery orders require bank account details for the refund to be processed.

Please note:

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • Refund processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Unless the item is faulty or incorrect, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Typical return shipping costs within Greece range from €3–€5.
